Refund Policy

Our Commitment

PrimeVistaTV offers a 24 H free trial on all plans so you can fully evaluate the service before committing to a paid subscription. We want you to be confident in your purchase, and we handle refund requests fairly.

Standard Refund Policy

After the free trial period, PrimeVistaTV subscriptions are non-refundable. Subscription fees are charged in advance for the billing period selected (monthly or annually). If you cancel mid-period, you retain access through the end of the paid period but are not eligible for a prorated refund.

Exceptions When Refunds Are Issued

We may issue full or partial refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Billing error: If you were charged an incorrect amount due to a technical error on our end
  • Duplicate charge: If you were billed twice for the same subscription period
  • Extended service outage: If the PrimeVistaTV service was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to our infrastructure failure
  • First-time subscribers: If you contact us within 48 hours of your first paid charge and have used the service for fewer than 24 H ours total, we will review your request

Annual Plans

Annual plan subscribers who wish to cancel within the first 7 days of their first annual payment (after the trial period) may request a refund minus any promotional discounts applied. After 7 days, annual plans are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@primevistatv.com with:

  • Your account email address
  • The date and amount of the charge in question
  • A brief explanation of your refund request

We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in immediate account suspension. We are happy to resolve any billing disputes directly and quickly.
