1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PrimeVistaTV (primevistatv.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers of PrimeVistaTV.

2. Description of Service

PrimeVistaTV provides live TV streaming and on-demand video content delivered over the internet (IPTV). The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use by individuals and households in the United States. Subscription plans, pricing, and available features are described at primevistatv.com/pricing and may change with notice.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use PrimeVistaTV. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • Not share your account credentials with persons outside your household

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and subscribe to the service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PrimeVistaTV only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share your subscription with persons outside your household
  • Record, capture, or reproduce any streaming content without authorization
  • Use the service for any commercial purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent geographic or access restrictions
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to it

5. Billing and Payment

PrimeVistaTV offers monthly and annual subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the selected interval. Key billing terms:

  • All prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes where required
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You will receive a reminder email 7 days before annual renewal
  • You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard
  • No refunds are issued for partial billing periods, except as described in our Refund Policy

6. Free Trials

New subscribers may be eligible for a 24 H free trial. Trial availability and duration may change. If you do not cancel before the trial ends and have provided payment information, you will be automatically charged for the first subscription period. Trial benefits are available once per account.

7. Content Availability

The channel lineup, on-demand library, and features available through PrimeVistaTV may change. We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify content at any time without liability. We make reasonable efforts to maintain consistent service but cannot guarantee that all channels or content will be available at all times.

8. Service Availability

PrimeVistaTV targets 99.9% server uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for service interruptions.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your access to the service ends immediately. We are not obligated to provide refunds upon termination for cause.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrimeVistaTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
